Do you need my Steam password?+
No. We will never ask for your password, Steam Guard code, QR login code, or recovery code.
Where can I find my Steam ID?+
You can find it on your Steam profile. During checkout, we’ll show you which account identifier to provide.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders are processed quickly, although delivery times can vary depending on payment checks, product availability, and Steam’s systems.
What if I enter the wrong Steam ID?+
Contact support immediately. Once a top-up has been delivered to the account you provided, it may not be possible to cancel, recover, or refund it.
Can I cancel or refund an order?+
You may request cancellation before processing begins. Delivered top-ups are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or if the product is defective.
